30 Day Quality Satisfaction Guarantee 

We want you to love your purchase from Bamboo Bubby and so we offer a 30 day quality satisfaction guarantee!
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of any Bamboo Bubby products within the first 30 days of your purchase we will refund the purchase price or exchange the product for you, no questions asked!

The item must be returned to us in brand new condition, with the packaging as it was when you received it. Please request your refund or store credit within 30 days of receiving the delivery via info@bamboobubby.com.au.

Refunds and exchanges will take up to 14 days to process and will only be accepted within 30 days of the shipping date.

Purchases of sale items or orders using a discount code are not eligible to be returned for a refund but may be returned for store credit.

AUSTRALIA:
We ship orders daily in Australia via Australia Post.
Shipping & handling rates for orders under $150 Australia-wide are a flat rate $15 (we send via Express Post automatically for majority of sales wherever we possibly can).
You will receive a tracking number by email when your order is shipped.

NZ:
We ship orders daily from Australia via Australia Post's Express Courier Service which usually takes about a week between shipping and delivery to you for a flat rate $15.
You will receive a tracking number by email when your order is shipped.

 

Exma, Exema, Ezcema Products - International Shipping

Exma, exema or ezcema products from Bamboo Bubby can be shipped to virtually any address in the world. 

We ship orders daily from Australia via Australia Post's Express Courier Service which usually takes between 7-14 business days between shipping and delivery to you. Shipping costs are calculated depending on your location in the checkout.
You will receive a tracking number by email when your order is shipped.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. Sometimes shipping calculators for heavier items can be inaccurate. If you feel the shipping quote provided during the order process isn't correct, please email info@bamboobubby.com.au and we're always happy to help work this out for you.
